I am happy that Mary from Green Paper is back with her monthly challenges. Once again she provided three images for the September challenge, which all must that least partly used in the challenge entry. I made two brushes from the first two pictures which I used on the vintage illustration of two girls. I also added a Halloween bat, as September marks for me the countdown to Halloween.
Moreover, I participated for the first time in Collage Cats' challenge. A vintage family photo was provided, and I ended up with a quirky interpretation.
"Little Rob always insisted on wearing the T-shirt with his portrait."

Halloween is good any time of the year.

Using figural elements from some of Mary's pieces and color from others was a great choice. Both collages are cute and fun.
