A while ago the Witches Tea Party took place. Amy from RubyMoon Art had a lovely party post and offered a sweet little witch hat as door prize.
She ended up giving away five hats to five lucky winners. The hats were made from paper clay -- all formed by hand, painted, glittered, and embellished with a hand dyed ribbon.
