For Mind Wide Open's September challenge a lovely image of a woman was provided along with the word prompt "Memories." Somehow, my collage started to grow into dark art -- a reminder that some memories are too hard to bear.

ReplyDeleteI used to love dark art, but then my children pointed out to me that everything I loved was dark. For their sake, I reprogrammed myself. Everything from literature to art . . clothing... it was a type of therapy that worked and got me to be a more positive and somewhat happier person. Having said that, I really liked your piece.
