Z is for Zoo

Munich has its own zoo -- Tierpark Hellabrunn. What a great Z for Jenny's Alphabe-Thursday!

I visited the zoo in August on a hot sunny day. The very first animals at the entrance are flamingos.

A beautiful snake.

Luminous jellyfish.

This friendly guy loved the camera!

Little Ludwig who celebrated this second birthday in May 2013.

Big bite.

Yawn -- always so many humans watching me.

A really elegant zebra -- and another Z for Alphabe-Thursday.

This polar bear is surely dreaming of winter.

 Lively and agile seals.

Lunch break.

I am watching you!

  2. I love the guinea pigs! They're so sweet.

We have a membership to our local zoo but have hardly made use of it this year, and now it's just too cold to bother. :(

  9. I would hate to get zapped by one of those jelly fish... But it is awesome getting to zip-n-zoom around the zoo with you!

Thanks for linking to the letter "Z"!
