Sure thing I celebrate Independence Day. What better occasion to make a hamburger?
With fries, of course.
I even found a nostalgic edition of Pepsi Cola.
Dessert anyone? It's blueberry milk shake and cherries.
Of course, you can also have Jelly Beans.
And marshmallows.
The black-eyed Susans proudly present the American flag.
So let me wish you a happy and safe Independence Day!

Oh my gosh - toasting marshmallows over a candle - wo would have thought! So sweet. Now I'm craving marshmallows...
ReplyDeleteHi Birgit! How very cool that you celebrate the 4th of July! This was the first time in 4 years that I haven't had to work on Independence Day so it was really nice to spend the day relaxing at the Annenberg Pool in Santa Monica (built for William Randolph Hearst and Marion Davies) and then go see the fireworks at night at the Rosebowl in Pasadena. My four year old daughter said that the best part was getting to spend the whole day with Daddy. Awwww. Hope you have a great Summer, Birgit! Next up: Hallowe'en!
ReplyDeleteHappy Haunting!
Alan
I haven't been for awhile, but this is such a fun celebration!
