your photos are breath taking. I love plums but never had plum cake.....maybe I need to try your recipe! When we lived in Germany, I walked through a plum orchard to get to school (I cut thru). I would get so excited when the fruit was ripening, that I would eat too many still a bit green and get such a tummy ache.....but it was worth it!
